💡 Returns and exchanges – simple rules, no stress!

At Candela, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your package .

🔄 How do I make a return?
1️⃣ Complete the return form (download it [here]).
2️⃣ Pack the product together with the form and send it back to our address.
3️⃣ After receiving the package, we will refund the money within 7 business days .

📍 Please note! Products must be unused, with tags and in original packaging.
