How to return products to the store

STEP 1

Go to SzybkieZwroty.pl

Go to SzybkieZwroty.pl and start the return process.
Go to Quick Returns
STEP 2

Fill out the form

Complete the order details and select the products for return, then place the form in the return package.
Download the form
STEP 3

Pack the products

If you are using the same box in which you received your order, please remove the old label from it. Place the products inside and you can write the return code on the package by hand.
STEP 4

Send via Paczkomat

Send your parcel at any Parcel Locker. In the InPost app, select the option to open the locker remotely or scan the QR code at the device, then place your parcel inside.

💡 Returns - simple rules, stress-free!

At Candela, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package.

🔄 How to make a return?
1️⃣ Fill out the return form (download it [here]).
2️⃣ Pack the product along with the form and send it to our address.
3️⃣ Once we receive the package, we will refund your money within 7 business days.

📦 Return costs

Returns from within Poland are free of charge. For international returns, the customer covers the cost of shipping the product back.

We do not offer product exchanges due to logistics - if you would like a different size or model, simply return the item and place a new order.
