REGULATIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE CANDELACLOTHES.PL


I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Candela Clothes online store, available at www.candelaclothes.pl , is run by PMCORP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Ksawerów 21, 02-656 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001084563, NIP: 5214055745, REGON: 527609440.

  2. These regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making purchases, payments, deliveries, returns, complaints and processing of personal data.

  3. The Customer may contact the Seller via e-mail: kontakt@candelaclothes.pl or by telephone at +48 XXX XXX XXX.

  4. To use the online store, you must have a device with Internet access and a web browser that supports cookies.


II. DEFINITIONS

  1. Seller – PMCORP SP. Z OO, owner of the online store candelaclothes.pl.

  2. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.

  3. Consumer – a customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.

  4. Product – goods offered for sale in the Store.

  5. Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer regarding the purchase of a Product.

  6. Sales Agreement – ​​an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.


III. PLACING AND EXECUTING ORDERS

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website www.candelaclothes.pl .

  2. The customer can make a purchase as a guest or after creating an account in the Store.

  3. To place an order, the Customer adds the selected Products to the Cart, selects the method of delivery and payment, and then confirms the order.

  4. After placing the order, the Customer receives confirmation via email.

  5. The Seller has the right to refuse to process an order in justified cases (e.g. lack of payment, incorrect Customer data, lack of goods in stock).

  6. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.


IV. PAYMENTS

  1. The following payment methods are available in the Candela Clothes online store: a) BLIK, b) Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), c) Fast online transfers (Przelewy24).

  2. All transactions made in the store are secure and encrypted.


V. DELIVERY

  1. Products are delivered within Poland only via: a) InPost parcel lockers, b) InPost courier.

  2. The cost of delivery depends on the chosen method and is given during order finalization.

  3. For orders over 500 PLN, delivery is free.

  4. Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

  5. The customer will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.


VI. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason.

  2. To make a return, the Customer should complete the return form and send the Product to the address provided on the Store's website.

  3. Refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned Product.

  4. Complaints regarding the Products may be submitted to the e-mail address kontakt@candelaclothes.pl or in writing to the Seller's registered office address.

  5. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt.


VII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

  1. The administrator of the personal data of the Clients is PMCORP SP. Z OO

  2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and contacting the Customer in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  3. The customer has the right to access their data, correct it, request its deletion or limit its processing.

  4. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except for those necessary to complete the order (e.g. courier companies, payment operators).

  5. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.


VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. Any disputes between the Customer and the Seller will be resolved amicably or before a court having jurisdiction for the Seller's registered office.

  3. The customer has the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. via the EU ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

  4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations, which come into force after their publication on the Store's website.

  5. The customer is obliged to read the current Regulations before making a purchase.
